Carolina Escobar, MD

Healthcare professionals understand better than most the importance of excellent care for the moments that matter most. This includes our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Carolina Escobar. Dr. Escobar brings actual cancer care experience to the role of CMO.

Dr. Escobar is responsible for the quality of both Lantern. She uses her years of experience and her clinical standards to define the protocols and guidelines for both offerings. Outside of Lantern, Dr. Escobar serves as a fellowship-trained stem cell transplant specialist practicing at Texas Oncology in Dallas, Texas. She’s also a clinical assistant professor for Baylor Scott and White and Texas A&M, holding board certifications in internal medicine, oncology, and hematology.
