As the Chief Information Officer at Lantern, Ravi is able to utilize his experience to transform access to excellent care. Ravi is actively impacting the performance and experience of Lantern’s products with his expertise in IT software development, program management, innovation, and strategic consulting.

Before becoming CIO at Lantern, Ravi spent time as a technology leader at Santander Consumer USA, holding positions that included Head of Innovation, Head of Digital Transformation, and Director of Software Engineering. Ravi completed his Engineering graduation in India and received his M.B.A from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Ravi lives in Dallas with his wife and two kids. He loves running and is a die hard fan of game of Cricket.
