Dickon Waterfield

Dickon Waterfield is President of Lantern, where he leads the company’s commercial function, working closely with large self-funded plan sponsors, health plans, and providers to lower the cost of care while improving outcomes and member experience. He began his career as a strategy consultant advising large pharmaceutical companies on product launch and commercialization—experience that informs his work today aligning incentives across the ecosystem. Prior to Lantern, Dickon served as Chief Commercial Officer at WithMe Health, a modern PBM, and at Big Health, a Digital Therapeutics company focused on mental health. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh.
