Dickon Waterfield

Dickon has firsthand experience with just how complex healthcare can be, as well as the importance of making it simpler. Before joining Lantern, Dickon was the Chief Commercial Officer at WithMe Health, a pharmacy benefit manager. Prior to that, he helped run Big Health, a digital therapeutics company with a focus on mental health. During his time there, Dickon grew the business to cover 2.5 million members. He helped people find their way back to good mental health through partnerships with clients like Comcast, CVS, Google, Target, and The Home Depot. Dickon even accelerated growth at Big Health by launching a first-of-its-kind strategic partnership with CVS, which became the CVS Point Solution Management Systems. Prior to his professional career, Dickon graduated with a master’s from The University of Edinburgh.
