Evelyne Giguere

Evelyne Giguere is the Head of Client Success at Employer Direct Healthcare, an organization that is changing healthcare delivery in the US. In her role, she leads a team that delivers exceptional value and fosters strong, results-driven client relationships. She joined EDH in 2023, after spending 20 years at WTW, where she was a Senior Director in WTW’s Health and Benefits consulting practice in Boston. Evelyne led many successful client relationships and helped employers navigate the complex benefits environment. As the Northeast Sales leader, she developed the growth strategy for the organization, established new business plans for both prospects and current clients, and created a sales culture to enable growth year after year. Evelyne earned a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University (Montreal), is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and a member of the Academy of Actuaries (AAA). She resides in Newton, MA, with her husband and twins.
