Falko brings more than two decades of health technology leadership to Lantern, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams at Accolade, PlushCare, and apree (formerly Castlight). Throughout his career, he has focused on transforming the healthcare experience through better navigation, engagement, and care delivery. At Lantern, he applies that experience to help reshape specialty care for our millions of members.
