Fiona is an accomplished leader with a successful 25-year track record of transforming, growing, and managing complex business operations. Focused on developing a broad base of leadership skills in customer experience strategy. It’s under Fiona’s leadership that the Lantern experience has evolved to y help members find the best, most affordable care available. As the Chief Experience Officer at Lantern, Fiona is responsible for the member experience across all aspects of the customer journey, so it feels seamless, simple, and elegant.
Before joining the executive team at Lantern, Fiona transformed the customer experience delivery model at both bswift and Conduent. She was the senior executive responsible for over 4,000 employees, 200 benefit administration clients, and every aspect of their service operations as well as client delivery for employee sponsored benefits.
Fiona is originally from Dublin, Ireland and attended the Dublin Institute of Technology, earning her degree in Marketing and Business Administration. She resides in North Carolina with her husband and three children.
