Jennifer L. Cook, MD

Dr. Cook joined our practice in August 2006, and since her start has performed over 5700 surgeries. She completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction and sports medicine at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute in New York City. Dr. Cook is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and specializes in minimally invasive surgery. She is also a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America. She is the medical director of the brand new ambulatory surgery center, Comprehensive Outpatient Joint and Spine Institute in Odessa.
Dr. Cook has an avid interest in volunteerism and has been involved with the Good Samaritan Clinic of Pasco for over six years and currently is in her third year as Board Chair. The clinic provides free health and dental services to Pasco County residents.
Dr. Cook has been involved with the Perry Initiative for over a decade. This annual program allows local high school girls to spend a day with hands-on training in engineering and orthopedics. The lab gives these young women an opportunity to practice suturing and perform surgeries on bone models.
She co-founded the charity organization WOGO (Women Orthopedist Global Outreach).
Dr. Cook’s areas of expertise include primary knee, hip, shoulder, and reverse shoulder replacements, revision knee, and shoulder replacements, arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder, ligament reconstruction including primary and revision ACL reconstruction, primary and revision rotator cuff and labral repairs, instability surgery for the knee and shoulder, and fracture management. She also performs surgery for metastatic bone lesions. She treats all ages and can treat most pediatric orthopedic injuries. She has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Marc Dean, MD is a board-certified otolaryngologist, practicing full time in private practice in Fort Worth, Texas, specializing in ear and sinus disease and disorders of the eustachian tube. He attended Baylor University for his undergraduate studies in bioinformatics, attended Texas Tech for his medical training and completed his residency program at LSU-Shreveport. Dr. Dean served as assistant professor for three additional years at LSU-Shreveport and remains on the LSU facility as a clinical professor.

Joshua Roller, MD
Dr. Roller received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), representing the top 10 percent of his class. He completed his internship and general surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, one of the busiest and most respected surgical training programs in the country.

Aaron Hofmann, MD
Renowned board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Aaron Hofmann, is the founder of the Hofmann Arthritis Institute. Dr. Hofmann is also the Director of the new Center for Precision Joint Replacement at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center, providing specialized surgical services to patients with arthritis in the knees, hips and shoulders.
Dr. Hofmann served over 30 years at the University of Utah Department of Orthopaedics. He served as Chief of Orthopedics at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Salt Lake City for 29 years. Dr. Alan Davis serves on the Cleveland Clinic Innovations Committee and is a highly regarded orthopedic surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine, along with fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
